Transfer Your Benefits

  1. Submit form VA 22-1995 online to Veterans Affairs.  The Military and Veterans Success Center (located in the Admissions office) has the forms available, can assist you in filling them out, and submit them to VA.
  2. Fill out the Veterans Information S​heet and submit it to the Military and Veterans Success Center.

  3. Give the Military and Veterans Success Center a copy of your schedule.
Important:  You must submit a copy of your courses to the Military and Veterans Success Center each semester and each time you change your coursework within a semester.

Do You Need Financial Assistance?

If you need help paying for classes this Fall or are you unable to enroll because of a current balance, financial assistance may be available.

Submit Your Vaccination Record
