Complete GI Bill Application "VONAPP:
- Apply for benefits
- Veteran 22-1990
- Dependents 22-1990E
- Veteran attended another institution using benefits fill out form 22-1995
- If using chapter 35 fill out 22-5490
- If another institution was attended also fill out change of place of training form 22-1995.
- Please print out submitted form with confirmation number at the bottom.
- Bring the Completed form to the Military and Veterans Success Center located in the Administration Bldg, Rm 103A.
How to obtain a copy of your Certificate of Eligibility if you are a chapter 33 (Post 9/11)
- Log into E-Benefits
- Once you have logged in, ensure that you have upgraded to a premium account, or you will not be able to access your COE.
- Click on the "view my status" tab at the top of the page.
- Next, click on the "Post 9/11" tab.
- When the page loads you will need to print off the first page. The first page will have your name and how many months and days of benefits you have remaining. Please bring this information to the schools Military and Veterans Success Center (Administration Bldg, Rm 103A).
How to obtain a copy of your Certificate of Eligibility if you are a chapter 35 (Survivors and Dependents Educational Assistance Program)
- Go to Ask VA a question create an account.
- Look for the question How many months of entitlements do I have left?
- Print out the response and bring that to the Military and Veterans Success Center located in the Administration Bldg, Rm 103A.
For all other veterans educational benefits chapters, the schools Military and Veterans Success Center has access to obtain the information.
