Program Overview

The Master of Science in Mechatronic program builds on the existing B.S.E with specialization in Mechatronics.

Students will develop knowledge and skills in the discipline of Biology studies to professional levels in the following areas: artificial intelligence, advanced controls, and intelligent robotics.

The Master of Science in Mechatronics Engineering at CSU Pueblo prepares students for success and advancement in careers in robotics engineering, automation engineering, electronics design engineering, data scientist, instrumentation engineering, and much more!

Our graduates are highly regarded by the engineering community and are sought to fill work staffing needs in the surrounding urban and rural communities in this region.

3+2 Program

The Master of Science in Engineering is a 3+2 program that allows qualified undergraduate students to complete a BS (or other undergraduate degrees of choice) and pair it with a Master's program. Students would then obtain both undergraduate level and graduate-level degrees in as little as five years.

    IS THE GRE REQUIRED FOR ADMITTANCE?

    The GRE is a requirement for admittance into the Master's Program, and we use the score in admissions decisions and advising, but we do not have a minimum score.

    IS THERE A GRE WAIVER AVAILABLE?

    Students can obtain a GRE waiver in certain situations. Please contact the Master's Program Director for details.

    AM I QUALIFIED FOR A SCHOLARSHIP?

    You may be qualified for one or more scholarships offered by CSU Pueblo. You must have an updated FAFSA on file with Student Financial Services. Visit the Scholarships page for more information.

    WHO CAN I TALK TO ABOUT MY FINANCIAL AID OR MY BILL?

    It is important to check your PAWS account regularly to ensure your aid and bill look correct. Student Financial Services is open Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is available via phone at 719.549.2753 email at financialaid@csupueblo.edu, and take walk-ins. 

Spring 2022 Registration is Open

To register for Spring 2022 courses, students will need to meet with their academic success coach or faculty mentor, submit proof of vaccination or exemption, and self-register through Banner.

CARES Funding

CARES Funding is available for eligible students to help pay for cost of attendance needs such as food, housing, childcare, health care, course materials, technology, tuition assistance, and other critical needs.
