Colorado State University Pueblo has adopted a comprehensive civil rights compliance policy, the Policy on Discrimination, Protected Class Harassment, Sexual Misconduct, Intimate Partner Violence, Stalking, and Retaliation.
This policy addresses the types of conduct which are prohibited by CSU Pueblo in order to maintain its longstanding commitment to a campus environment free from discrimination, protected class harassment, sexual misconduct, intimate partner violence, stalking, and retaliation, as well as for compliance with applicable legal requirements pursuant various federal and state civil rights laws.
