Program Admissions
Individuals interested in the Bachelor of Science in Health Science must apply through CSU-Pueblo. We are a moderately selective institution, and we are committed to providing access to a 4-year college degree to any student is who academically prepared.
We look at several factors to determine your preparation, including assessment scores, life experience, high school GPA, and academic rigor.
Important:
- Students in the Pre-Nursing emphasis applying to the BSN Basic Admission Pathway must submit an additional application with the completion of prerequisite coursework.
- Students in the Pre-Athletic emphasis applying to the 3+2 Program must submit an additional application on their third year of undergraduate coursework.
