Please make travel arrangements to City of Colorado Springs Municipal Airport or directly to Pueblo Memorial Airport.  Make arrangements at least 2 weeks before the planned USA arrival date.

Important: Make arrangements to fly into the Pueblo Municipal Airport whenever possible. Please ask the travel agent to book the flight through to Pueblo. Refer to the Per Arrival Guide.

There are several connecting flights that go directly to the Pueblo or Colorado Springs Airports (Colorado Springs is 64km north of Pueblo). Pickup from the Colorado Springs and Pueblo Airports is available.

In order to receive a ride from either the Colorado Springs or Pueblo Airports please call the Center with the following details:

  • Arrival Date

Students picked up by a representative from the Center for International Programs and Inclusive Excellence will be driven to the dorm/apartment/house through which they have arrangements.

Denver International Airport

Students arriving at the Denver International Airport (DIA) after 9 p.m. should plan on spending the night at a hotel and then come to Pueblo the following day either with the Groome Transportation, or by bus.

Pick up service from Denver is not provided by The Center for Student Support and Advocacy.

Taxi Service

Pickup from the Pueblo Airport is available by calling a city cab from 8 a.m. to 7p.m. (Monday - Friday).

Rental Car Agencies
