All students pursuing Business Management, BSBA program may select a concentration area as a specialization to their Degree. We offer the following areas of concentration:

Agribusiness
The Business Management BSBA degree with a concentration in Agribusiness prepares students for careers in the specialized agriculture business sector. The program combines the study of the agricultural industry with business management courses so that students will gain an understanding of core business management knowledge to drive improvements in agriculture-related fields.
Through a partnership with CSU Fort Collins, students will gain a strong knowledge of agriculture management, labor and personnel management, finance, public policy, marketing, economics, and agricultural law. The Agribusiness program prepares students to work in various career opportunities in the food industries such as farming, processing, production, distribution, manufacturing, and much more.
Requirements
The Agribusiness concentration requires a total of 27 credit hours.
Information Technology
The Business Management BSBA degree with a concentration in Information Technology prepares students for careers in managing and developing technology in modern organizations. The program integrates information technology with business management courses, so that students may focus on technology and business strategies. Students will learn to manage technology to enhance business performance.
The Information Technology program provides a foundation of all computer skills and prepares students for a successful career in the Information Technology (IT) fields such as cybersecurity, data analytics, software development, and much more.

The Information Technology concentration requires a total of 37 credit hours.
Organizational Risk and Security Management
The Business Management BSBA degree with a concentration in Organizational Risk and Security Management prepares students for managerial positions identifying risks, threats, and vulnerabilities within an organization.
Students will gain a strong knowledge of information systems management, project management, IT security risk management, homeland security, cyber law, threat, and strategic planning, and critical incident management. The organizational risk and security management program prepares students to work in various career opportunities such as compliance analyst, information security analyst, risk and security analyst, information technology manager, and much more.

Sports Industry Management
The Business Management BSBA degree with a concentration in Sports Industry Management prepares students for an advanced career in the specialized sports industry. The program integrates commercial sporting activities with business management courses so that students may understand the unique challenges of athletics management, advertising, as well as human resource optimizations. Students will learn to manage sports facilities and make ethical decisions to enhance business performance.
Students will gain a strong knowledge of promotional strategy, management information systems, project management, sports industry marketing, sports industry management, sport psychology, commercial recreation and tourism, and recreation facility design management. The Sports Industry Management program prepares students to work in various career opportunities such as facilities manager, public relations manager, event coordinator, sales coordinator, and much more.
