Funding & Accounts for Student Organizations
CSU Pueblo provides financial resources and support to help student organizations manage funds responsibly and access financial opportunities. Below you will find information on organization accounts, spending policies, funding opportunities, and who to contact for assistance.
Student Organization Accounts
All recognized student organizations must maintain their account through the Student Leadership, Involvement, Career, and Engagement (SLICE) Office. Off-campus financial accounts are not permitted.

New Student Organization?
Newly formed student organizations must contact the SLICE Office to establish their official account and receive financial orientation.
Off-Campus Accounts Policy
Off-campus accounts are not allowed.
All student organization funds must be managed through the SLICE Office to ensure transparency, compliance, and proper stewardship of student fee dollars. For questions, call 719.549.2151.
Student Funding Committee (SOF) Grants
The Student Funding Committee (SOF) provides financial support to recognized student organizations for events, programs, and initiatives that benefit the CSU Pueblo campus community. All organizations in good standing may request funding.
SOF Funds Can Support:
- Campus-wide programs and events
- Educational, cultural, or leadership activities
- Materials and supplies for approved initiatives
- Organization activities that align with university values
