About the School

The School of Engineering offers seven engineering programs, one engineering technology program, construction management, 3+2 programs, three minors, and five certificate programs.

Engineering Programs:

  • The Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) is a 4-year program that can be completed at CSU Pueblo. This program starts in fall 2023.
  • The Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a Mechatronics specialization (BSE) is a 4-year program that can be completed at CSU Pueblo.
  • The Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (BSIE) is a 4-year program that can be completed at CSU Pueblo.
  • The Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering (MSISE) is a 33-credit (without thesis) or 30-credit with thesis program that can be completed at CSU Pueblo.
  • The Master of Science in Mechatronics Engineering (MSME) is a 33-credit (without thesis) or 30-credit with thesis program that can be completed at CSU Pueblo.
  • Master of Engineering Management (MEM) is a 30-credit fully online program that can be completed at CSU Pueblo.
  • The Pre-Engineering program allows students to take 2 years of courses at CSU Pueblo and transfer elsewhere to complete an undergraduate degree in engineering.

3+2 programs (Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in 5 years):

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a Mechatronics specialization AND Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a Mechatronics specialization AND Master of Science in Mechatronics Engineering
  • Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering AND Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering
  • Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering AND Master of Science in Mechatronics Engineering

Engineering Technology Program:

  • The Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology (CET) is a 4-year program that can be completed at CSU Pueblo

Construction Management Program:

  • The Bachelor of Science in Construction Management (BSCM) is a 4-year fully online and/or on-campus program that can be completed at CSU Pueblo

Minors:

  • Minor in Engineering
  • Minor in Industrial Engineering
  • Minor in Sustainability

Certificates:

  • Advanced Construction Manager
  • Construction Manager
  • Estimating and Planning Construction Costs
  • Lean Green Belt
  • Six Sigma Green Belt
