HOLIDAY NOTICE - Transcript requests placed after noon on Friday, November 20, 2020 will be processed after the holiday break. Colorado State University Pueblo is closed November 21, 2020-November 29, 2020. Requests made during this time will be processed in the order they are received beginning on Monday, November 30, 2020. Please note that this may require extra processing time. No rush services are available during the break. This also includes the electronic format. Have a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving!

Colorado State University Pueblo official electronic transcripts are $10.00 each. Official paper transcripts are $12.00 each plus delivery. Expedited delivery options are available on the request form.  Transcript processing typically takes 3-5 business days for processing upon receipt and payment. 

Requests not placed through PAWS must be emailed, faxed or mailed with payment.

If you are a current student or have a Personal Identification Number (PID) and PIN please log into PAWS and either view/print your unofficial transcript or complete the request form for your official transcript request.

If you do not know your PID and/or PIN number, please navigate here to access and complete the official online transcript request form.
