Bio

Marquez is a Pueblo native and a long time Pueblo community activist. Dave's teaching career spans a 34 year time frame and includes experience at both the secondary and university level. Dave participated in the Pueblo Chicano Movement both as a historian and as an activist.

He is the author of "The Chicano Wars", a historical account of the Chicano Movement in Pueblo, Colorado. The paper can be accessed via the CSU-Pueblo archives.
