Bio

Bruce Bonin, MSW, LCSW, ACS, CCTP-II, is a Lecturer in the Master of Social Work Program (MSW) with the Department of Social Work at Colorado State University Pueblo. With over 15 years of combined clinical and direct social work experience, Bruce is committed to upholding and advancing the professional standards of social work practice by being an active professional involved in direct service work with clients in a number of Colorado communities while serving as a clinical supervisor, private practitioner, and member with professional organizations to enact effective and lasting change in Colorado. As an alumnus, Bruce is excited to be working with his alma mater and is committed to helping students at CSU-Pueblo reach their academic and professional goals. His scholarly work focuses on three main areas of study: advanced clinical practice, clinical and generalist supervision, and professional ethics aimed at advancing and improving direct care with clients in need.
