Dr. Alan Poor-Bear Chalepah (Dr. Bear) is a professor of psychology specializing in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and is currently the only known Native American in the United States to hold a Ph.D. in the field. He has a deep passion for supporting people both in the workplace and in the classroom. Whether working with professionals or students, Dr. Bear is committed to helping individuals recognize their potential and ensuring they have the opportunities, resources, and support they deserve for their effort, dedication, and hard work.
