The vision of SCITT is to be Colorado’s leading institution in transportation education, workforce development and research that supports transformative transportation solutions.
Mission
The mission of SCITT is to conduct research and provide educational opportunities that:
- cultivate transportation workforce development through innovative K-12 and college internship and apprenticeship programs;
- increase the number of students studying the field of transportation;
- advance science and research in transportation and transportation technology; and
- expand economic development in Colorado to foster safe and efficient mobility of people and goods in the region while preserving the local environment.
