Solutions Center

The IT Help Desk staff can help with questions about account activation, password mangement, computing needs, and general help with your academic computing needs. We support Blackboard, Email, WiFi and Network Connection, Computer Hardware, Computer Software, AIS and PAWS, Telephone Equipment, and more. Starting a ticket at the IT Help Desk will allow us to assign the service work to the appropriate IT team, please hang on to your ticket number.

UPDATE- We have changed our ticketing system and are now part of the CSU System IT platform Freshservice. You can login to the system with your NetID and start a ticket at the link below.

DUO Two-Factor Authentication

Duo is a tool that provides two-factor authentication to better protect your account by requiring an additional piece of information beyond your username and password. Two-factor authentication is enabled for all campuses in the CSU System including Pueblo. You must set up your DUO 2-factor authentication to access your email account and will be prompted to set this up if you have not. The below link will take you to instructions posted at the CSU Fort Collins IT website.
