Supporting our graduating students

Commencement is an important milestone in our CSU Pueblo students' academic and life journeys. To celebrate and emphasis this important step, faculty and staff play an important role in the setup, facilitation, and clean up of each commencement ceremony.

The Commencement Staffing Committee is working hard to create job duties and tasks that align with the availability of faculty and staff. For questions related to faculty participation, please contact Lisa Chavez at For questions related to staff participation, please contact Emily McElwain at or Gwen Young at

Parking for Commencement:

Staff must park in the E-11 parking lot, immediately in front of the Softball Field. Overflow staff parking will be in E-4, in front of the Administration Building. There will be shuttles available to take you to the stadium.

Faculty walking in ceremonies may park in the dirt lot in front of the Stadium entrance with graduates.
