Reporting Unwanted Conduct

If you or someone you know has experienced unwelcome behavior, there are several ways to report it. You have the option to pursue both a complaint following university policy and a criminal complaint at the same time.

The Office of Civil Rights Compliance & Title IX encourages individuals who may have experienced unwanted conduct to consider reaching out and reporting the matter as soon as they feel comfortable. Those who wish to report a crime may also contact the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office at CSU Pueblo by calling 719.549.2373. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911.

As a reminder, all CSU Pueblo employees and volunteers including faculty, staff, and students acting in their employment or volunteer roles, are required to report all information related to incidents of sexual misconduct, interpersonal violence, discrimination, protected class harassment, and/or retaliation to the Office of Civil Rights Compliance & Title IX (CRC) immediately. The University encourages employees to remind student workers of their obligation to report information of this nature and to make a report as early as possible—ideally within 24 hours of disclosure.
