Handshake: A career management platform that will allow you to make appointments with the Career Center, connect with employers, search for jobs, internships, & be recruited directly with event invites and job opportunities.
Strong Interest Inventory®: Contact the Career Center for a free career options assessment that fits your interests. The survey helps to identify your interests & skills for researching majors and careers.
What Can I Do With This Major? Find out how this program helps you connect a major to career options. It provides information about typical careers and employers within the field plus strategies to gain skills and experiences.
CAREER-BUILDING PORTFOLIO
Forage: This is a simulated work experience. Forage offers free online courses created by top companies to simulate day-to-day work at these companies.
Parker Dewey: Open to all majors. These micro-internships are short-term, paid, professional experiences similar to those given to new hires or interns.
JOB SEARCH ASSISTANCE
Big Interview: An online system that combines training AND practice to help improve your interview technique and build your confidence.
