Museum Studies Minor

The minor in museum studies exposes students to the history, theory, and practice of museums and other cultural institutions while providing practical experiences designed to complement a variety of major areas of study.

A Museum Studies minor would be beneficial to students in numerous fields of study including art, art history, education, history, media communication, and anthropology.

Art & Creative Media Minor

The minor in Art & Creative Media is designed to expose students to a range of ideas and experiences in the creative arts and visual communication.

With hands-on studio opportunities and art theory courses this minor would enrich the education of students in numerous fields of study including; art history, psychology, history, media communication, education creative writing, music, and anthropology.

The Art & Creative Media minor is a useful complement to a major in Business, Engineering, History, Media Communication, Music as well as most STEM-related majors.
