From early childhood to middle school education, our programs combine strong foundations with hands-on experience. Graduate programs provide advanced training for educators looking to deepen their expertise or move into leadership roles. The Early Childhood Education, Bachelor of Science program equips students with foundational knowledge in child development, curriculum planning, and effective teaching strategies for young children. The Master of Education (M.Ed.) program deepens students’ understanding of early childhood development, assessment, and inclusive education practices. Designed for educators and professionals seeking advanced roles in early childhood settings, the program can be completed in as little as one year, helping students quickly advance in their careers. The Doctor of Educational Leadership (Ed.D.) program prepares experienced educators and professionals to lead transformational change in educational institutions and organizations. With a focus on equity, innovation, and strategic leadership, the program equips graduates to pursue senior-level roles in K–12 systems, higher education, and community or policy-based organizations. ............................................................................................................................................................................... DifferentiatorsOur programs have partnerships with 17 school districts and four community colleges in southern and southeastern Colorado. The joint efforts of students, faculty, and administrators across all partners focus on improving the quality of learning in classrooms in elementary, secondary, and higher education.
