Bio
Jason Saphara holds an MA from Kansas State University (2001) and a BA from Colorado State University Pueblo (1999). He taught first year composition and literature courses for fourteen years at Colorado State University Pueblo. Since 2011, he has taught online courses for community colleges and 4-year universities. He served as the Co-Director of the federally funded National Writing Project site at CSU Pueblo (2010-2013), and has participated in assessment of the First Year Composition program and the English department since 2002. Jason is a member of the Conference on College Composition and Communication (CCCC) Writing with Current, Former, and Future Members of the Military Special Interest Group and a member of the CCCC’s International Writing Across the Curricula Special Interest Group.
