Bio

Academics: PhD in organic chemistry (photochemistry and organosulfur chemistry); MS in chemistry (radioanalytical chemistry); BS mathematics.

Teaching experience: 20+ years college / university teaching

Other training: C(ASCP) – certified clinical chemist

Other professional experience: 15 years Program Director of an ASCP MT clinical program; 1 year industrial analytical chemistry.

Research Interests

Atmospheric carbon dioxide remediation; renewable fuels; organic synthesis; organic mechanisms; green chemistry; chemical education; computational chemistry; photochemistry; organosulfur chemistry.
