Services for Faculty
We are here to help you find, use, adapt, and make Open Education Resources for your classes. We can find the most obscure OER hidden in the corners of the Internet. We can get technical tools and software for you, train you in its use, help you use it, or do much of the technical publishing work for you -- whichever you prefer. You are the content expert and will know which existing resources are all or in part useful to you, and/or you will have or will create new resources, but we can do as much or as little as you want of the work of combining your work with those existing materials.
Faculty Mini-Grants
The university’s OER program seeks proposals from CSU Pueblo instructors for projects in support of open education including adopting and creating your own materials.
Publishing OER
CSU Pueblo has a hosted PressBooks site, which is a platform that makes creating high-quality OER fairly straightforward. We can assist you every step of the way including working with the various formats.
Colorado OER
The Colorado Department of Higher Education's OER site has information about OER-related events in Colorado, becoming involved with OER groups, and the CDHE Open Education Ambassador Program.
