Concentration Areas
We have three areas of concentration to meet the needs of students for developing future goals within the field of music.
The Bachelor of Arts in Music: General Concentration provides a broad base for a number of careers in music such as private studio teachers, and is intended as preparation for advanced graduate study.

The Bachelor of Arts in Music: Education Concentration is a professional degree and provides the essential training, knowledge and skills necessary for a teaching career in choral, instrumental, or general music. The degree leads to K-12 music teacher licensure.
