The email digest features announcements and events pertaining to the university and is distributed to students, faculty, staff, and community partners each week.

Important: Events submitted to the email digest will not be added to the website calendar. 

A press release is sent to journalists on behalf of the University to announce news or events associated with the University.

The MCCR team, with information gathered through our intake process, will write press releases for you, publicizing your research and events news.

The Monday Minute with the President provides important campus updates and recognizes some of the achievements of our faculty, staff, and students.                                                                                                                                  

Flyers/Posters must get a stamp of approval through the Office of MCCR, ADM 320.

If you would like to add an event to the website calendar, please do one of the following: 

1. Email your department web editor for support. The list of active editors can be found here: Active Web Editors
2. Please fill out our intake form.
3. Become a web editor.
