    More about Andy

    Dr. Fox is currently the Postdoctoral Fellow in Culturally Responsive Evaluation for the Midwest and Plains Equity Assistance Center situated in the School of Education at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. As a Postdoctoral Fellow, he is responsible for managing the Center's evaluation activities including the preparation of evaluation reports and data representations for the Center's federal grant officers and public constituents, as well as supervise graduate assistants. Dr. Fox holds a PhD from the University of Denver in Education Leadership and Policy Studies (ELPS). Prior, Andrew earned a Masters in Public Health from Drexel University and a Business Administration degree from Colorado State University Pueblo. His passion for evaluation started as an 8th grade educator in West Philadelphia. He later served as an in-house tutor for academically gifted, economically challenged students. Those hands-on experiences helped him use evaluation in his professional career; his global experience includes two summers studying abroad in five European and Asian countries, World Vision in West Africa (Ghana) and conducting health research in Panama. In the United States, Andrew has spent time as a community organizer, where he conducted health equity work. His passion for evaluation is intended to help his fellow colleagues develop an affinity towards making data-driven decisions and standing on community values.

    Micci attended CSU Pueblo from 2015-2019 playing running back on the fotoball team during that time. Micci states, "the team shaped me into the person I am today. Pueblo has ample opportunities during and after college, and I am fortunate to have gotten to experience some of them." He is "an open book" so ask him anything!

    Josh began his collegiate career in 2012 where he played football for CSU Pueblo bringing home several conference championships as well as a national championship. Through this experience, he became very involved in the community and after graduating in 2017 he began working with RBC Wealth Management in downtown Pueblo. Josh has a strong passion for uplifting the community and giving back in a way in which he was given during his experience as a student. He loves spending his free time on the lake, golfing, and hiking the many trails that surround Colorado.

    More about Stephanie

    Stephanie Kroeze is a Southern Colorado Real Estate agent and Attorney. Stephanie graduated from South Dakota State University in 2013 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Sociology and Rural Studies with a minor in Women's Studies. While at South Dakota State University, she founded the Sociology Club, and was a member of the NCAA Division One Women's Volleyball program.  After graduation, she attended Valparaiso University School of Law where she served on the Valparaiso Law Review Board. She has a published article entitled, "The FTC Won't Let Me Be: The Need for a Private Right of Action Under Section 5 of the FTC Act", 50 Val. U. L. Rev. 227 (2015). Stephanie moved to Pueblo in 2020, where is active in real estate and in a private law firm. She loves giving back to her community, and Colorado State University Pueblo.
