Don Williams

Bio
A long-time resident of Colorado, Mr. Williams has a Master's degree in trumpet performance from the University of Colorado – Boulder and a Bachelor's degree in music from the University of Northern Colorado.In addition to being on faculty at CSU Pueblo, he is Trumpet Instructor at Casper College, Instructor of High Brass at Western Nebraska Community College, and maintains a large private studio.
Don currently serves as Principal Trumpet with the San Juan Symphony, is Second/Associate Principal trumpet in the Wyoming and Steamboat Springs Symphonies, and is a member of the Colorado State University – Pueblo faculty brass quintet.
Don has performed with the Breckenridge Music Festival Brass Ensemble, the University of Wyoming Faculty brass quintet, and the Best Brass of Farmington - an 11-piece brass ensemble based in the northern New Mexico area. He also performs with the Colorado Springs Philharmonic, the Chamber Orchestra of Colorado Springs, the Cheyenne Symphony, the Fort Collins Symphony, the Greeley Philharmonic, and the Colorado Symphony.
Don lives in Littleton with his wife, son, daughter, and their two cats.
