Thunder Village

Just down the hill from campus and across the street from the ThunderBowl, you'll find CSU-Pueblo's first retail facility - Thunder Village. The CSU-Pueblo Foundation financed the $2.4 million, 10,000 square foot retail complex with the sale of land. This marks a new era in fundraising for the Foundation who will manage the facility while all rent revenue will be returned to the CSU-Pueblo Foundation to further its support of the University.

The Foundation welcomed its first retail partner in late August 2017, ThunderZone Pizza & Tap House. They opened their doors to hundreds of CSU-Pueblo faculty, staff, and friends who enjoyed pizza, appetizers, and drinks to celebrate the occasion. Whether you want to enjoy a cold beer before the ThunderWolves hit the field or enjoy lunch or dinner with friends, ThunderZone Pizza & Tap House can accommodate.

In March, ThunderWolves can look forward to a restaurant specializing in affordable breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu options with a south of the border flare.

The Foundation is actively seeking tenants offering products or services attractive to the college demographic to fill the remaining store front. If you are interested, contact Nick Potter at 719-549-2442.
