Please join us on Tuesday, February 20th, from 3 to 5 p.m. in the Cottonwood Room of the Occhiato Student Center to congratulate Veronica Chavez on her retirement and to recognize her for 34 years of service to Colorado State University Pueblo. After starting out as a work study employee, Veronica progressed to a professional staff position in the Financial Aid Office and later transitioned to the TRIO Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) where she worked for the majority of her career. In her spare time she serves in the U.S. Naval Reserves. Whether you were a co-worker or a student she helped, we would appreciate you joining us in recognizing Veronica for who she is and what she has done. Hors d'oeuvres, cake, coffee and other drinks will be served.
