We are excited to inform you about a professional development opportunity entitled Real Colors®. Because the continued success of our campus depends on the quality of our faculty and staff, we are investing in developing your competencies that will enhance the workplace. This workshop is an exciting program designed to help you understand your team and excel at communicating effectively. The enrollment for the workshop is limited, so we encourage you to enroll as soon as possible. This three hour workshop contains interactive, experiential, and team building aspects for participants. Real Colors® allows for introspection, but the focus of the workshop remains outward; it will challenge participants to seek first to understand others before being understood themselves.
