The health fair is sponsored by 365 Health and provides free and affordable health screenings, vaccinations, discounted lab work, screenings and exams, and community resources for follow-up care and referrals.

The 365 Health Fair is an opportunity for community members to ask questions and consult with healthcare professionals throughout the event. Available screenings and exams include blood pressure, breast cancer and prostate cancer, memory, mental health, sleep apnea and cardiac risk assessments. Screenings and exams for children are also available and include vision screenings, milestone health markers and asthma control screenings. Most services are provided for free. Advanced screenings and exams are available for a small fee. Payments can be made by cash or check and will be accepted on-site. Stations to ask a pharmacist or speak directly with a healthcare professional will be available.

Walk-ins are welcome. Participants can pre-register online and pay in advance. On-site registration will be available. To register or for more information about available services and costs, visit the 365 Health Fair website here or call 800-332-3078.
