The Director of Compliance has been designated by the President as the person with overall responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the University’s affirmative action programs. The Director of Compliance has also been designated as the University’s Title IX Coordinator, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 Coordinator.
