Colorado State University Pueblo Hosts Groundbreaking Early Childhood Education Summit with Support from the Buell Foundation

Pueblo, Colorado – April 5, Colorado State University Pueblo proudly hosted the Early Childhood Education Summit, a pivotal event made possible through the support of the Buell Foundation. Keynote speaker Roni Capin Rivera-Ashford, a distinguished CSU Pueblo alumnus, along with Dr. Lisa Roy, the Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Early Childhood, delivered compelling addresses that highlighted the summit. Their expertise and perspective provided attendees with a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing early childhood education today.

The day was filled with workshops, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, all aimed at developing actionable strategies for improving educational outcomes for Colorado’s youngest learners.
