Our Construction Management Program is tailored to meet the evolving demands of the construction sector. It covers a broad range of topics, including project planning and scheduling, cost estimation, construction law and ethics, safety management, and sustainable building practices. Construction Management Program's Mission Statement: Producing construction professionals by providing construction management knowledge and skills to pursue multiple career and educational paths.

3+2 Program

The 3+2 Program allows qualified undergraduate students to complete a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration in Construction Management. Students would then obtain both undergraduate level and graduate-level degrees in as little as five years.

BS Online

In partnership with CSU Pueblo Online, the Department of Engineering Technology & Construction Management offers an entirely online option for the Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.

    WHAT KINDS OF JOBS ARE AVAILABLE TO CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT GRADUATES?

    Graduates of the Construction Management (CM) program enter the industry as project superintendents, field supervisors, project managers, or owner’s representatives for a variety of construction-related firms such as general contractors, specialty subcontractors, construction managers, designers, developers, consultants, or owners. ​

    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FINISH A CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT DEGREE?

    A degree in Construction Management is designed to be completed in four years. The degree requires the accumulation of 130 credit hours. For students completing in four years, the schedule usually involves 30 credit hours per academic year or 15 hours per semester. Some students finish more quickly by taking additional courses in the summer. Others with demanding work or family commitments may take longer to finish.

    You may be qualified for one or more scholarships offered by CSU Pueblo. You must have an updated FAFSA on file with Student Financial Services. Visit the Scholarships page for more information.

    WHO CAN I TALK TO ABOUT MY FINANCIAL AID OR MY BILL?

    It is important to check your PAWS account regularly to ensure your aid and bill look correct. Student Financial Services is open Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is available via phone at 719.549.2753 email at financialaid@csupueblo.edu, and take walk-ins.
