Web Editors

Step 1. Register for an academic program and sessions

Registration closes on February 7, 2020.

Web editors are required to attend Content Support workshops to update page content, and a Content Workshop to add the updated content to new academic page templates.

Step 2. Copy or print your Content Questionnaires:

Content questionnaires help you answer and gather key information that you will transform to page content during our Content Support session. It is recommended editors bring the questionnaires to Content Support.


Web Editor Packet

The Web Editor Packet includes the training descriptions, session times and details, a checklist for web editors to track their progress, and more! This packet should serve as a top resource for Web Editors in the Academic Pages Redesign Project.


  • February 7, 2020: Web editor registration for an academic program closes
  • March 27, 2020: All updated academic content must be finalized
  • March 30 - April 3, 2020: Web editor(s) must attend a Content Workshop to update web pages on our server
