Bio
Ted Taylor has advanced degrees in linguistics from the University of Minnesota, with emphases in phonology and Teaching English as a Second Language. He is a graduate of the Defense Language Institute, West Coach Branch, with a program in Vietnamese. He writes software and is the Principal Investigator for the MERIT Grant, which provides coursework in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education for K12 teachers in southern Colorado.
