ABOUT ME

Hi! I’m a Colorado girl who grew up in a small town Southeast of Pueblo, moved to the Western slope for college and now I’m back. I am a lover of all things outdoors: hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, running, and hiking. When I’m not busy being outdoors, or in the gym, I enjoy cooking, watching HGTV, eating delicious food, reading, spending time with my family and dog Remington, and teaching my Sunday school kiddos. I’m a goofball at heart that loves to make people laugh.

WHY CSU-PUEBLO

The size of campus is just perfect. The small class sizes allow you to really get to know your professors and classmates, which makes for a GREAT education. Making connections with our diverse students and faculty through classes, clubs and organizations, and living on campus are going to be some of the best memories of your life.

Favorite Restaurants

  • The Love Mug (coffee shop)
  • Cactus Flower
  • Angelo’s Pizza

Fun Facts

  • I can wiggle my ears and pick things up with my toes.
  • My name literally means ‘a tear in your esophagus,’ and my parents had no idea when they named me. Seriously, google it.
  • Most people hate cemeteries, but I love them. My mom and I like to go and look at all the old headstones and the stories that they tell.

Not So Fun Facts

  • I hate seafood; if it swims I don’t eat it- yes that even includes sushi-BLEH!
  • The only time I ever got in trouble in school was because I would talk too much. Not much has changed.
  • I have a running shoe addiction; the brighter the color the better.
