Jennifer Bucholtz

Bio

Jennifer (Jen) Bucholtz is an Army veteran who served as a Counterintelligence Agent in Iraq and Afghanistan, with extensive experience in detecting and mitigating terrorism.  Since her separation from the military, Jen has taught various college courses in criminal justice and forensics, both online and in the traditional classroom.  She holds Master’s degrees in Criminal Justice and Forensic Sciences, from John Jay College of Criminal Justice (NY) and National University (CA), respectively.  She is a published author, specializing in research on Traumatic Brain Injuries and other military-related current events, as well as, forensic case studies.  Jen also self-published a book based on her experiences working with local nationals in Afghanistan for 14 months.  She is currently authoring the memoirs for one of the highest-ranking US Army interrogators who served in Iraq.  Jen resides in Colorado with her husband of ten years, and their two dogs, Olie and Stella.  When not teaching or rock-climbing, Jen enjoys researching for her next written article and skiing some fresh Colorado powder
