Pathway Types
We have several pathways available for students depending on goals and shared interests. However, not every student fits a pathway. Students are encouraged to explore all different options to customize their milestone completion, and define the combination of pathways that is best for them.

Traditional Pathway
This pathway is meant for first year students that are starting college directly after high school and did not complete any college credit after high school graduation.

In addition to meeting with your Academic Success Coach, it is recommended that you get in touch with the following support services during your first semester at CSU Pueblo:
- Student Engagement & Leadership: Provides students leadership opportunities and ways to get involved through events, organizations, and more.
- ThunderWolf Recreation: Offers memberships to our facilities, fitness programs, outdoor excursions, etc.
- PACK Center: Includes career center, student success coaches, and will be the main contact for getting connected with more student support services
- Tutoring Services: Helps student stay on top of their class work and receive support in specific subject areas
- Student Financial Services: Connects students to work study positions, loan information, scholarships, and other financing options.
- Information Technology: Supports students in obtaining access to their student accounts, campus systems, and technology
Concurrent Pathway
This pathway is meant for students currently in high school that want to earn college credit prior to high school graduation through their school's Senior to Sophomore program or through the Concurrent Enrollment Program.

- High School University Bridge: Extended Studies Senior-to-sophomore program
- ThunderWolf Recreation: Offers memberships to our facilities, fitness programs, outdoor excursions, etc.
- PACK Center: Includes career center, student success coaches, and will be the main contact for getting connected with more student support services
- Tutoring Services: Helps student stay on top of their class work and receive support in specific subject areas
- Student Financial Services: Connects students to work study positions, loan information, scholarships, and other financing options.
- Information Technology: Supports students in obtaining access to their student accounts, campus systems, and technology
Transfer Pathway
This pathway is meant for students that have enrolled and completed any college coursework after graduating from high school.

Graduate Pathway
The graduate pathway is for students that have already completed a bachelor's degree and are pursuing a higher degree through graduate school.

- Graduate Studies: Main contacts to support graduate students with progress in their academic plan

Online Pathway
This pathway is meant for online students that are enrolled in full online programs through CSU Pueblo Online.
The programs can be at either undergraduate or graduate level.

International Pathway
The international pathway is for non-U.S. citizens or non-U.S. permanent residents.

- Center for International Programs & Inclusive Excellence: Assists international students with application material, admission, orientation, enrollment, immigration matters, graduation, and international alumni relations.
- English Language Institute: A high quality on-campus intensive program to master the English language
- Student Engagement & Leadership: Provides students leadership opportunities and ways to get involved through events, organizations, and more.
- ThunderWolf Recreation: Offers memberships to our facilities, fitness programs, outdoor excursions, etc.

First Generation Pathway
This pathway is meant for students whose parents or legal guardians have not received an undergraduate degree from a four-year college/institution.
Important Support Services
In addition to meeting with your Academic Success Coach, it is recommended that you get in touch with the following support services during your first semester at CSU Pueblo:
- TRIO Educational Opportunity Center: Assists students with their college admission process, college selection, and with tools necessary to succeed in higher education
- TRIO Student Support Services: Assists students who are first generation, low income or have a documented disability achieve their post-secondary academic ambitions
- Student Engagement & Leadership: Provides students leadership opportunities and ways to get involved through events, organizations, and more.
- ThunderWolf Recreation: Offers memberships to our facilities, fitness programs, outdoor excursions, etc.
- PACK Center: Includes career center, student success coaches, and will be the main contact for getting connected with more student support services
- Tutoring Services: Helps student stay on top of their class work and receive support in specific subject areas

Active Duty/Veteran Pathway
This pathway is for students that currently are or were members of the military and are interested in taking college courses.

Adult Learner Pathway
This pathway is for students that meet any of the following:
- Are 25 or older
- Have delayed entering college for at least one year following high school
- Are employed full-time. You have a family and dependents to support
- May have started college as a traditional student but needed to take time off to address other responsibilities.
- Have already started a career

Returning Pathway
This pathway is meant for students that previously attended CSU Pueblo and are returning to continue work towards a degree.

Custom Pathway
All CSU Pueblo pathways are customizable since students may identify with more than one pathway group. This means that all students might go through a custom pathway option, which consists of various pathway milestones being combined.
Students are encouraged to browse all of the different milestones per pathway inside of Blackboard. This way, milestones that are most important and relevant can be covered by the student regardless of pathway group selected.

- WolfPack Wellness Center: Provides on-campus medical and health services for students
