Program Admissions

Applications for the Registered Nurse to BSN Online Program are accepted year-round. The admissions requirements, governed by the Colorado Articulation Model, are the following:
- Nursing License: Applicants must have Colorado Nursing License in good standing. Applicants without a Nursing License may be admitted with proof of enrollment in a Colorado Associate Degree or Diploma Nursing program with ability to receive Colorado Nursing License prior to starting graduate-level courses.
- Associate Degree: Student's must have an Associate's Degree or be enrolled in a program to receive an Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing before starting any program coursework.
- Transcripts: Official transcripts from all institutions attended must be sent electronically or by mail.
- Background Check: Per Colorado Law, the University is required to run a background check on applicants.
- Immunization Record: Applicants must provide latest record of vaccinations received

Applicants must complete the online application. The application requires official transcripts from all colleges which the student has attended. Once the application and transcripts have been received, students will receive an admission decision to both the University and to the School of Nursing and Health Sciences simultaneously.
