Why Principal Licensure?
Prepare for a leadership position in education with the Principal Licensure program. This program is unique as it offers small class sizes, a strong professor to student mentorship and the flexibility of 8 week, asynchronous courses, which allow students to complete approved and comprehensive curriculum as well as a 6 credit internship at a K-12 school. When all coursework and internship hours are complete, students are prepared to sit for the PRAXIS state exam and apply for licensure, given they meet all state requirements. Colorado residents are encouraged to apply, but out of state students may also be part of the program as long as there is knowledge about what state requirements are outside of Colorado.
