The Master of Business Administration (MBA) Online Program provides an understanding of the various functions of businesses and organizations and prepares students for high-level management careers. Students can complete the program and be ready for the next step of their career in as little as one year.

    What is the AACSB Accreditation?

    AACSB is an acronym which stands for the Association to Advance the Collegiate Schools of Business. This accreditation puts CSU-Pueblo in the top 5% of business schools worldwide and is the highest level of accreditation a business school can earn. Please visit the website for details on AACSB accreditation.

    Is the GMAT Required for Admittance?

    The GMAT is a requirement for admittance into the MBA Online program. However, students can be conditionally admitted and take up to 9 credit hours before having an official GMAT score submitted.

    Is there a GMAT Waiver Available?

    Students can obtain a GMAT waiver in certain situations. Please contact the MBA Director for details.

    What is the cost of the MBA Online Program?

    The online MBA programs consists of 12 courses for a total of 36 credits. Each 3 credit course has a flat tuition rate of $1,725. The total tuition for the program (36 credits) is $20,700.

    How long are online classes?

    The MBA Online classes are 8 weeks long and run twice per semester. This means you can start classes in August, October, January, March, April, and June.

    Can I transfer credits into the MBA Online Program?

    Transfer credits can be accepted if you have not completed the degree program from which you wish to transfer in credits. No more than 9 credits can be transferred in to the online MBA program. Only one core class can be transferred in, no more than two electives can be transferred in.

    How much time can I expect to spend on coursework?

    Because you getting 16 week's worth of content in 8 weeks, you should expect to spend at least 10-15 hours per week on coursework, assignments, and studying. Be sure to practice good time management and spread out your assignments throughout the week to not feel overwhelmed.

    How long does the MBA Online Program take to complete?

    The program is designed to be able to complete in as little as one calendar year. Most students complete the program in two years.

    What is the application process?

    First, you'll need to complete our online application. Once all required documents are received, an admissions processor will begin reviewing your application. You should receive an admissions decision within two weeks of receipt of all required documents. For more information, contact the MBA Director at 719.549.2155.


    Am I qualified for scholarships?

    You may be qualified for one or more scholarships offered by CSU Pueblo. You must have an updated FAFSA on file with Student Financial Services. Visit the CSU Pueblo Online Resources page for a list of current scholarship opportunities.

    Who can I talk to about financial aid or my bill?

    It is important to check your PAWS account regularly to ensure your aid and bill look correct. Student Financial Services is open Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is available via phone at 719.549.2753, email at, and take walk-ins.
