Course Offerings

Students in the Health Science and Administration, B.A.S. must transfer in coursework from an earned health AAS degree. Up to 60 hours of general education/pre-requisite/Allied Health courses will be accepted. Students will received a maximum of 30 total hours (up to 10 upper division) of escrow credit for their allied health license or certificate preparation (proof of current license/certificate must be provided to earn the escrow credits) depending on the allied healthcare area.

Students will be required to complete a minimum of 30 hours (30 upper division) through the online program. Students will be required to complete 120 total credit hours (with at least 40 upper division hours) including general education, transfer credits and escrow hours. Please see an advisor to determine how many credits you need for the BAS degree.

Selection Courses

Choose 9 or more hours (must include at least 9 UD hours 300 or 400 level). Some Allied Health fields may require more hours depending on escrow credits, transfer credits and general education. Up to 42 hours including 22 upper division hours can be taken from this section depending on transfer and escrow credits.  Must take either SOC 310 or SOC 404.
