Certification and Billing of Military Benefits

VA Benefits will be certified 10 days prior to the start of each term for students that are registered at that time. Any student that registers after that date will have benefits certified the Wednesday in week 2 of each term. Receiving a grade of F or W may impact military benefits eligibility and result in a debt for which the student is fully responsible.

Military Tuition Assistance for Active Duty

Each branch of service provides different education benefits with set rates and processes for the administration of the benefits.

To learn more about your tuition assistance benefits please contact your Education Center.

For more information about your TA policies please click on the link for your military branch.

How to apply for Military Tuition Assistance:

  1. Submit your Degree Plan to your Education Center (Army students will upload the form directly to www.GoArmyEd.com) - this will allow you to receive a TA Authorization Form.

  2. Once you have been approved - submit your TA Authorization form prior to the start of each term to your Education Center advisor.

Please note that your signature on the TA Authorization Form provides your consent to have your information about your academic record shared with your branch of service. This authorization is required in order to process your TA in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA).

Tuition Assistance Processing

Tuition Assistance authorizations are processed after add/drop date each term for all branches of the military with the exception of the Army. Army tuition assistance is billed once a quarter and will include all unbilled term charges up through the date of billing.
