The Department of Marketing, Communications, and Community Relations is the leader of the University's image library. Our team works closely with select third-party photographers and media companies that help promote the CSU-Pueblo brand.

Our image library is the first resource for groups and individuals seeking images for any promotional purposes. If an image desired is unavailable within our image library, our team can assist you in connecting you with a third-party photographer that aligns with the University standards and brand.

To gain access to the image library or for new photography requests, please contact us at

Third-Party Photography

For departments and programs that have selected a third-party photographer not associated with the Department of Marketing, Communications, and Community Relations, the following guidelines should be followed to ensure alignment with the University standards and brand.

Photos should be selected, as well as executed, based on the following criteria:

  • Capture of real CSU-Pueblo students
  • Capture of genuine moments of subjects engaged in the University campus
  • Capture of moments of connection between students, and individual moments of introspection
  • Promotion of natural diversity of campus constituents
  • Promotion of CSU-Pueblo colors and brand

Any images taken by third-party photographers must be reviewed by the Department of Marketing, Communications, and Community Relations to receive copyright.
