Rev 89

KTSC-FM, better known as Rev 89 or, The Revolution, has actually been broadcasting since 1970, but under the Rev 89 brand since 1995. The station is managed by CSU-Pueblo's Department of Mass Communications and the Center for New Media but operated solely by students.

Rev 89 aims to mimic a commercial radio station, which is unusual for a college station, in order to better prepare students for the commercial environment upon graduation. Students working at Rev are enrolled in or have completed the course, Radio Station Operations.
