  • COVID-19 Update: Remote Operations in Effect

Until further notice, CSU Pueblo is serving our students and the public in a remote model.

Conference Rescheduling and Updates

On behalf of the conference planning committee at the ICR, we thank you for your support of our research conference this year. However, due to the evolving public health concerns related to the CORVID-19 virus situation, which has led to closures, cancellations and travel restrictions, we have decided that it is best to postpone this year’s ICR Conference to meet our obligation to protect the health and safety of conference attendees and the campus community.

We do intend to reschedule the conference for some time over the summer (tentatively August 2020), but are working on the logistical details that would impact the specific date. We will notify you as soon as possible when a new date has been determined.

  • Registration: If you decide to attend the conference later this summer, we will hold what you have paid in registration fees unless you request a refund. If you cannot attend the conference, we will reimburse the registration fees that you have paid. Alternatively, you can find a substitute to attend the conference in your place.
  • Hotel Cancellation: the ICR will cancel all rooms inside the group block. Therefore, you don’t need to contact the hotel to cancel your room reservations.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that the delay of the conference may cause. However at this time we feel that it is best to err on the side of caution.

Please contact us at ICR@csupueblo.edu with any other questions or concerns. We hope to see you later this summer.

Campus Safety: Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We have a number of individuals working on a plan to ensure that we are prepared to take care of our students and employees in the event our campus is directly impacted by the coronavirus.
