PICK UP & RETURN | RENEWAL Guidelines
This is a service for current students, faculty, and staff. Please have your drivers license or student ID ready if needed by staff.
- Navigate to the library CHECKOUT/RETURN by vehicle or foot at your schedule time.
The Google map shows walking directions, but the route can be driven. - Park or wait outside near red signs.

RENEWALS
Please call the Help Desk or submit a ticket request to renew your device.
In some cases we can process a renewals. We do need to get the device back at some point for regular maintenance. Multiple renewals may be dissapproved.
REPAIR
Please use our ticketing system for repairs: We can only work on University equipment through support tickets*.
*If you have a checked out device, you can return it and let us know it's not working.
