Tech Drive Thru | Walk Up

Service and Resources for Remote Students, Faculty, and Staff.

Current events have affected the normal equipment checkout process. In response we are now offering Tech Drive Thru | Walk Up. This service will allow you to safely checkout, return, and repair university equipment used for remote teaching, learning, and work. Let's get you scheduled for our services!

Hours: Monday - Wednesday 10am - 4pm (by appointment only)

CHECKOUT and RETURN Guidelines

This is a service for current students, faculty, and staff. Please have your drivers license or student ID ready upon arrival.

  1. Navigate to the library CHECKOUT/RETURN by vehicle or foot.
    The Google map shows walking directions, but the route can be driven.
  2. Park or wait outside near red signs.
  3. Press the Doorbell attached to the sign.

We will be out shortly to fill your request. Call (719) 549-2002 if you need additional assistance.

REPAIR

Prerequisite: We are only able to work on University issued equipment for this service at this time. We will be able to work on your computer for up to 15 minutes, but may need to reschedule a pickup if the fix will take longer.
