Tech Drive Thru & Walk Up is a service to allow safe checkout and return of university equipment for teaching, learning, and work. Let's get you scheduled for our services!

Equipment Checkout Guidelines

 

This is a service for current students, faculty, and staff. Please have your drivers license or student ID ready if needed by staff.

  1. Navigate to the library CHECKOUT/RETURN by vehicle or foot at your schedule time.
    The Google map shows walking directions, but the route can be driven.
  2. Park or wait outside near red signs.
  3. Press the Doorbell and someone will be with you shortly

REPAIR

Please use our ticketing system for repairs: We can only work on University equipment through support tickets*.

Submit Repair Request

*If you have a checked out device, you can return it and let us know it's not working.
