Tech Drive Thru & Walk Up is a safe CHECKOUT and RETURN service of university equipment for teaching, learning, and work.

PICK UP & RETURN | RENEWAL Guidelines

This is a service for current students, faculty, and staff. Please have your drivers license or student ID ready if needed by staff.

  1. Navigate to the library CHECKOUT/RETURN by vehicle or foot at your schedule time.
    The Google map shows walking directions, but the route can be driven.
  2. Park or wait outside near red signs.
  3. Press the Doorbell and someone will be with you shortly

RENEWALS

Please call the Help Desk or submit a ticket request to renew your device.
In some cases we can process a renewals. We do need to get the device back at some point for regular maintenance. Multiple renewals may be dissapproved.

REPAIR

Please use our ticketing system for repairs: We can only work on University equipment through support tickets*.
