Walk-up appointments only

Tech Checkout is a service to lend university equipment for teaching, learning, and work.

Come to the IT Help Desk for equipment checkout.

PICK UP & RETURN | RENEWAL Guidelines

This is a service for current students, faculty, and staff. Please have your drivers license or student ID ready if needed by staff.

  1. Navigate to the IT Help Desk withing the CSU Pueblo Library (LARC).
  2. Let staff know you would like a technology checkout.
  3. If in stock, equipment will be checked out.

RENEWALS

Please call the Help Desk or submit a ticket request to renew your device.
In some cases we can process a renewals. We do need to get the device back at some point for regular maintenance. Multiple renewals may be dissapproved.

REPAIR

Please use our ticketing system for repairs: We can only work on University equipment through support tickets*.

Submit Repair Request

*If you have a checked out device, you can return it and let us know it's not working.
