Associated Fees and Costs

Athletic Training Program Associated Fees and Costs

  • TB testing - this is a yearly cost once accepted into the program
    • Student Health Center - $10 ($20 total)
  • Physical Examination
    • Free - performed in conjunction with Fall Athletic PPE
    • Student Health Center - $30
  • Required Immunizations
    • Flu Vaccine - must annually provide documentation of a flu vaccine by Nov. 1 of the current flu season, regardless of when the previous vaccine was administered
      • CSU-Pueblo Health Fair (in October) - $10 Student Health Center - $15
    • Hepatitis B vaccination (proof of vaccinations)
      • If not previously documented with immunization records, Student Health Center ($10/shot; $30 total for 3 shot series)
    • Tdap (provide documentation of Tdap booster within the past 10 years)
      • Student Health Center - $40
    • Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) (proof of vaccinations)
      • If not previously documented with immunization records, Student Health Center-($65/shot; $130 total for 2 shot series)
    • Varicella (proof of vaccinations)
      • Not available at Student Health Center; cost dependent on personal insurance
    • Strongly recommended immunizations:
      • Meningitis, Hepatitis A
      • Not available at SHC; cost dependent on personal insurance
  • CPR/FA Recertification
    • American Red Cross - $27 at present through AT Program
  • Off Campus Clinical Assignment Travel Expenses
    • Gas to and from site is provided by student (furthest site is $420-$510/semester averaging 25 mpg ranging from $2.50-$3.00/gallon)
